What it Takes to Be an Armstrong Agent

What happens once I apply? A recruiter will reach out to you within 24 hours. We will answer all your questions about the program and communicate the Armstrong requirements:

  • Industry experience 
  • An established book of business that is at least $6000 a month in gross margin
  • A phone, computer and internet connection. 

We need the following items to onboard your business into the program:

  • Agent agreement (1 or 3 year option)
  • W-9
  • Direct deposit form
  • Background check (online)
  • Copy of the agency owners Driver’s License or ID
  • Last year’s 10-99 (required for new agent bonus only)

A new agent can typically be up and running within 48 hours once all the paperwork has been returned.

Transitioning Your Business

Moving your business to a new agency partner takes work and time. Through individualized service, we will set you up for success. After you apply and are approved as an agent, Armstrong walks you through onboarding and training. 

  1. New office set up in all ATG systems, emails for team members, logins to posting sites: DAT and ITS are provided. 
  2. Agent Liaison, Billing Team Lead and Collections Representative assigned to your office
  3. Training on ATG process and TMS software on your schedule via web meetings. Additional training resources available on-line.   
  4. Your assigned Agency Liaison will work with you closely over the first 90 days.
